Registration
To make a purchase or to use certain services or features made available to you on this site, you will need to register and create an account. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register and create an account, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately by logging in to your account and changing your account details. You may also want to view our Privacy Policy.
Signing up for our mailing list does not create an account. You will need to register for an account separately.

We currently deliver within the United States and offer the below options to meet your needs.

Shipping to Different Addresses
It is EDIT Fashion LLC's policy to only ship to the same address as the billing address. Edit Fashion LLC reserves the right to refuse to ship to a separate and different address and to refuse and or refund any sales that request a different shipping or ship to address.
Payment Method and Security
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the packing of your order by EDIT NEW YORK. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to EDIT NEW YORK, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Global Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, EDIT NEW YORK uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Insurance and Delivery
EDIT NEW YORK insures each purchase during the time it is in transit, i.e. until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. We will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
If for delivery purposes you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that evidence of a signature by that person (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by EDIT NEW YORK and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Tracking Your Order
When you receive an email confirmation tell you that your package has shipped, it will include a UPS tracking number. You can check the current status of your shipment by logging onto www.ups.com and using the tracking function.
We will soon implement a feature that allows you to track your shipments through your EDIT NEW YORK account.
Order Cancellation and Modification
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact customer service via customerservice@editnewyork.com or 1-800-624-1505 within 24 hours of submitting your order. Our customer service line is open Monday-Saturday between the hours of 10AM and 6PM EST. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped, you may return items after delivery. Please see our return and exchange details.
Price Adjustments
Items purchased are ineligible for price adjustments.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free shipping on all returns.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached and ALL original packaging included. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe bags and shoe box, without postal labels.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment will not be refunded.
SALE items may not be returned or exchanged.
How Do I Make a Return?
Please contact customerservice@editnewyork.com if you seek a return. You must specify within your email:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The item number(s) of the piece(s) you will return or exchange
- The reason for your return
We will respond to your email request for a return within 2 business days. Our response email will include: a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; the shipping cost of your return; and a printable prepaid UPS slip. Should you choose to print and use the UPS slip, the indicated shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You must utilize the prepaid slip or otherwise mail your package within 2 days of receiving our email. The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the shipment in order for the return to be accepted.
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using UPS or other insured service to the below address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for items not in original condition or those missing tags and packaging. Items received after the return periods designated above will also not be accepted.

How Do I Make an Exchange?
In order to exchange, you must buy the desired item as a separate transaction and return the one you originally purchased. Please see above for return procedure.
When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Once your package has been received at Edit New York, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
